Joan Royer

Joan is in charge of making sure our office runs smoothly. She helps establish and enforce office policies and procedures. Most of our clients also know Joan because she is in charge of Accounts Receivable as well.
Prior to coming to Biscayne, Joan worked for Holiday Inn in multiple areas. She began as a PBX Operator and was then promoted to Reservation Clerk. Shortly after, she was promoted to Front Desk Clerk. Her love of numbers and continued growth inspired her to move over to the accounting department where she worked her way up to Accounting Manager. Her responsibilities included collection, audit to the banks, inventory, deposits to the account and the bank, ordering supplies, human resource, MOD, and various other duties.
In April 2004, she joined Biscayne and was promoted to Office Manager in July2010. Joan has consistently demonstrated her skills and willingness to learn. She wears many hats around the office and works great with our clients. Joan makes everyone’s life a little easier.
